Hackensack, NJ-based Gerber/Somma Associates brokered the deal, with the firm's sales director, Enn Kunnapas handling the transaction. The buyer was represented by Paul Marino of the Englewood, NJ-based law firm of Biagiotti, Marino and Montecallo; attorney Paul Stein of Hackensack, NJ stood for the seller. The sale price was $1 million.
