After two years of doing business in a 7,000-sf historic home, Partnerware is leasing 17,000 sf at 400 W. 15th St. in the First State Bank Tower. "This move represents a major milestone in Partnerware's history as we continue to forge our leadership position in the market," says Eric Hills, Partnerware's president and CEO.

Partnerware has worked closely with Sixth River Architect Chris Dolce and Furniture Marketing Group to create an "open landscape" interior setting with configurable furniture that is readily adapted for additional work stations as Partnerware expands.

Earlier this summer, Partnerware received a $32 million second round funding to expand its operation. Within the next year, the company plans to double its staff and open offices in key cities throughout the United States.
