In the race to build portfolios, eLink has made substantial inroads, apparently. The company has deployed services in Washington, DC; New York City; Dallas; Chicago; and Miami. The fiber-optic infrastructure that the contactor will provide is said to deliver a turnkey communications package that encompasses high-speed Internet access, networking capabilities and in-person customer support for tenants.
