The company will occupy space on the first floor of Valencia Place, which opened about six months ago and, with this lease, is nearly fully occupied. Grubb & Ellis/The Winbury Group negotiated the transaction for Valencia Place, along with Kessinger/Hunter, who worked for the landlord, Highwoods Properties. The John Buck Co. of Chicago handled the lease for Robert W. Baird & Co.
