"The building's location, size and excellent infrastructure provided great value to Teradyne," says Spaulding & Slye Colliers senior vice president Curtis P. Oberg, who represented the landlord with colleague John M. Harris. "Also, the amenities in the Woburn area and the new interchange off Route 93 will provide their employees with an excellent work environment and easy access to the property."

The Cabot Road facility, owned by DEK Portfolio LLC, will serve as expansion space for Teradyne, says the company's broker, David L. Pergola of Meredith & Grew. Teradyne is a Massachusetts-based company that touts itself as the world's largest supplier of automatic test equipment and software for the telecommunications and electronics industries.
