Teradyne Inks Major Suburban Lease

In one of the region’s largest suburban leases this year, Teradyne Inc. has taken 232,000 sf of engineering space at 36 Cabot Rd. The freestanding office and light-manufacturing center is just a half-mile from the Interstate 93/Route 128 cloverleaf in Woburn.
