Troy Concept Center Getting Off Ground

TROY, MI - Becker Ventures has started construction of a $30 million office complex.

Construction has begun and walls are up on the new Troy Concept Center, a three-building office complex on a 16.4-acre site in Troy. Michael E. McInerney, president of Becker Ventures, says a portion of the 287,350-sf complex will be leased to the parent company Becker Group, a global supplier of plastic components and systems.

The offices, located near the intersection of 14 Mile Road and I-75, will cost roughly $30 million to develop. Clayco Construction Co. is the design/build general contractor for the site. Project architect is Gray Design Group of St. Louis, MO.
