United Properties is launching a new ad campaign thatwill tout its local roots and independence. The Bloomington-based commercial real estate firm will run a series of print ads in key regional business and trade magazines, as well as a direct mail campaign.

One ad features a photo of two trees side byside with the headline, “Most companies look prettymuch the same,” followed by a second photo whichshows that one tree has shallow roots and the other adeep root system with the headline “Until you dig alittle deeper.” The ads are designed to reach thebusiness and real estate community, particularlyindividuals responsible for corporate real estateneeds.
