"The center is one of the most attractively positioned development opportunities in Worcester," proclaims Meredith & Grew vice president Robert Cronin, whose firm is exclusive leasing agent for the 87-acre business park. Cronin cites the property's strategic location as a major plus, noting it is near Downtown Worcester, and is just 15 minutes from Route 495 and 10 minutes from the Massachusetts Turnpike.

St. Pierre Development and the Chiofaro Co. are teaming up for the ambitious project, one which President Nanette St. Pierre says came after years of planning and permitting.

"At long last, the hopes and dreams of our family have been realized," says St. Pierre, who estimates that the park could eventually house more than 2,000 employees. In feting the beginning of the project, the developers announced that Mass Materials Research has agreed to take 25,000 sf in the complex, which will be partly located in West Boylston.
