Bin Li, who owns Chinese restaurants in Joplin, MO and Lafayette, LA, will be expanding into California with the opening of a Chinese buffet restaurant in the space formerly occupied by Feathers Nightclub. Occupancy is slated for this fall, according to the Brentwood office of NAI Capital Commercial, which represented Smaldino. Judy Kuo of Century 21 Classic, Cerritos, repped Bin Li.

The restaurant, at the high traffic corner of Broadway and Rosemead Boulevard in the San Gabriel Valley community, is a free-standing building with parking for 200 cars.
