Construction on the Kierland Corporate Center, a108,000 sf Class A office building, was recentlycompleted and now has posted 82,000 sf of leases. Thefour-story building is located in the master plannedcommunity of Kierland, immediately west of ScottsdaleRoad on Greenway Parkway.
Honeywell International Inc. leased the entire topfloor, 28,000 sf. Honeywell plans to occupy the spacein September with MyPlant.com, an Internet venture.Other tenants include AIG Aviation Inc., Gillette Co., National CenturyFinancial Enterprises, FirstHorizon Mortgage and North American Title.
The local office of Grubb & Ellis represented the lessor inall negotiations.
