Nearly 250,000 sf of office space has changed hands in north Austin at prices reportedly averaging close to $90 per sf.

Austin real estate firm Hill Partners has purchased the 76,213-sf 8610 Shoal Creek and the 52,116-sf Shoal Creek West building at 8712 Shoal Creek Blvd. In another transaction, a partnership of investors led by Michael Powers of the Madison Commercial Group has purchased One Cameron Place, a 122,288-sf office complex at 7901 Cameron Rd.
