Willow CSN Inc. will bring about 60 employees to the 91,600-sf class A office building completed this year by Stiles Corp. at Huntington Centre. The tenant is leasing 22,585 sf of space, which it expects to occupy in mid-October. The five-year lease has an estimated value of $2.6 million. Class A office rents in Miramar average $23.73 psf, compared with $30.48 psf in Downtown Miami.

A twin 91,600-sf building is scheduled to break this week with completion targeted for next May. The site is at the northeast corner of Miramar Parkway and I-75 in this South Broward community.

The new space will tie in with Willow CSN's announced plans to double the size of its corporate workforce within the year. Additionally, the firm expects to double its present 1,500 independent contractors who work out of their homes handling customer service calls for such companies as Ticketmaster, 1-800 FLOWERS.com and Fingerhut.
