Styertown Shopping Plaza was acquired recently acquired by a group headed by Jacobs Enterprises of Clifton. One anchor tenant is the well-known Rowe Manse Emporium, a department store featuring an unusual array of merchandise, much of it adult-oriented. It also features the now-shuttered Yogi Berra/Phil Rizzuto Bowling Alley, which is being converted to 36,000 sf of multi-tenant retailing. Some 20,000 sf has already been committed by by A.C. Moore, a national arts and crafts retailer.
