The two sites have a potential capacity of 155,400 sf, which could be used for offices, apartments or hotels "It is certainly a good location," but the configuration of the site makes it difficult to build a five-star hotel there, said Bill Moyer, a hotel real estate consultant with Donohoe Real Estate Services.
