He notes that the deal is the first lease transaction at the building, which is undergoing a $5 million renovation by owners Celestial Capital Group of New York City and Blitman Construction of Port Chester.
Goldschmidt adds that another three leases are in negotiations for an additional 10,000 sf at the 62,000 sf property that is located nearby the Scarsdale railroad station. Goldschmidt and Associates and Austin Corporate Properties of Rye Brook are co-brokers on the property.
