The company, which presently offices at 2000 W. Sam Houston Parkway South, will be moving into a high-tech space for web-hosting technologies for the 2000 startup e-commerce business, which plans to initiate a global operation. The company's founding partners include Chevron Corp., Texaco Inc. and Ariba Inc.

Goldstein & Associates, Inc./CRESA's Houston office has represented PetroCosm in the deal and Tishman Speyer Properties acted on behalf of the landlord, Tishman Speyer Properties LP.
