SAN DIEGO-Developer picks Smith Consulting for tenant

The work at the two-story building at 1535 Faraday Ave. is expected tobegin in September and take about three months. The building will have aredesigned lobby, executive suites, conference rooms, a fitness facility andnew engineering and administrative offices.

Richard Cornelius is serving as project manager for Smith ConsultingArchitects.
