The spec building, being developed with financial partner Kennedy Associates, marks the start of the park's second phase. Trammell Crow completed the Corporate Center I building last fall and now the 76,000-sf building is entirely leased by MedTronic Corp. The developer is negotiating with two companies interested in leasing the entire second structure, Corporate Center II.
