Codina Cementing Information Technology Side.

MIAMI-Robert G. Ferranti, president of Codina Group Inc.'s development division, is the firm's new chief administrative officer. One of his new priorities is to strengthen the firm's information technology for internal operations and client services.

He will work with O. Ford Gibson, president and COO; Henry Befeler, CFO; and Dianne Harker, senior VP of operations. One of Ferranti's assignments will be to expand and strengthen the company's information technology for internal operations as well as client services.

Ferranti joined Codina Development in 1997 as senior vice president and became president of the unit last year. He has worked in the real estate industry for 30 years, specializing in finance, marketing and business development.
