Spectrum brings the retail space to the venture; Collier Cauble offers office and industrial product. Spectrum execs are stepping into leading positions. The new firm is led by Spectrum CEO Jonathan Barry and President Charles Swain. They are joined by Spectrum exec VP Lorin Marsolo and CFO Janice Williams.
Bick Cardwell, president of Colliers Cauble, is serving on the new board. All other divisions of the two companies will remain separate.
