The six-story, 50,000-sf building, 917 Franklin at Main St., is located in the northern part of downtown where a number of old buildings have been redeveloped in recent years. New tenants include the Stinson Group, which leased 3,700 sf and the Aniden computer animation firm, which has signed for 6,500 sf. The GVA Strategis real estate firm is handling leasing duties for the building.
