The 235,000-sf building is part of the Summit office park, which is owned by Reckson Associates Realty Corp., of Melville, Long Island. Nortel, which boasted 1999 revenues of $21.2 billion, has been a tenant at the building since 1990 where it occupies the entire first floor. No financial details or the term of the lease were reported.
