Altogether, according to Cohen, the e-agency has listed over 1,100 homes, and has turned 315 of them over since March. He calls his business the state's "first full-service Internet-backed real estate agency." YHD's mortgage subsidiary, YHD Capital, is said to have recorded more than $11 million in mortgage originations.
