La Jolla-based eHelp Corp., which provides Web-based support and customer-assistancesolutions, has agreed to take 47,968 sf of offices in Del Mar Heights. The space fills nearly two-thirds of the 75,000-sf Torrey View Corporate Center, which is still under construction at 10590 West Ocean Air Drive.

The new complex is just north of Interstates 5 and805. Completion of the building is scheduled for early next year.

eHelp leased the building from Torrey View Associates, a joint venture ofSan Diego Realty Advisors LLC and Southland Property Group, a Canadian-basedinvestment company.

Tom Mercer and Ron Jacobson of the San Diego office of ColliersInternational represented the landlord. David Marino and Mike Labelle ofSan Diego-based Irving Hughes Group represented the tenant.

The project architect is Brian Paul & Associates.
