Austin-Bound Prodigy Caps Relocation With 110,000-SF Lease at River Place Pointe

AUSTIN-Prodigy caps its relocation south from White Plains, NY, with a 110,000-sf lease at a cliff-top office complex. The relocation is expected to be completed by year's end.

Prodigy Communications, one of the nation’s largest providers of Internet digital subscriber line services (DSL), is leasing 110,000 sf in northwest Austin.

Prodigy is relocating its headquarters from White Plains N. Y. to the state capital. The company has signed at River Place Pointe, a cliff-top complex near River Place Country Club. The FIC Realty project is located on the south side of RM 2222. The deal ends a months-long search for office space in the Loop 360 area. The relocation tentatively is slated for completion by year’s end.
