Carter & Associates Brokers Six Leases

ORLANDO-Small users take a total 34,525 sf during 30-day leasing period in 3.2 million-sf Winter Park submarket and Orlando's 6 million-sf hub.

Carter & Associates-ONCOR continues its year-long track of assisting small users lease space in metro Orlando’s hot submarkets.

New leases are GAB Robins North America Inc., 2,583 sf for three years at Crossroads Business Center, Winter Park; Permanent General Cos., 4,106 sf, five years, Crossroads Business Center, Winter Park; Dennis Young & Associates Inc., 1,869 sf, three years, 6990 Lake Ellenor Drive, Orlando; Southern Apartment Specialists, 3,100 sf, 40 months, 147 W. Lyman Ave. Building, Orlando; Interliant, 3,057 sf, one year, 33 E. Robinson St. Building; and Medisolution-Interhealth Services Inc., 2,380 sf, 13 months, The Day Building, Downtown Orlando.
