Miller Zell, a creator and seller of merchandising programs for retailers, has taken all of the 258,000 sf for a logistics center. The company is consolidating its operations. About 30 people will move into Lakeview initially.
The site will house the firm's warehousing, fixture assembly and fulfillment operations. Industrial space in the area is averaging $6-$8 psf. M.D.Hodges has begun work on a second 312,000-sf building in the park.
