New California Brokerage to Open Local Office

SAN FRANCISCO-Tiarna Real Estate Services Inc., based in Newport Beach, will be opening an office here as it spreads to become a regional firm.

A new Newport Beach-based commercial real estate brokerage and management company called Tiarna Real Estate Services Inc. will soon be opening a San Francisco office as it spreads to become a regional player.

Formed by three veteran brokers and property managers from Charles Dunn Co. and one from Trammel Crow Co., the company currently has offices in Newport Beach, Encino and Scottsdale, Ariz., and expects to open a San Francisco office soon.

Tiarna’s president is Thomas McAndrews, a former president of real estate management services at Charles Dunn Co. His partners in the venture are Scott Alleborn and Robert Deaton, both former regional managers with Dunn, and James Bannan, a former Trammell Crow Co. vice president. Alleborn is the company’s executive vice president, Deaton is executive vice president of its Arizona operations, and Bannan is executive vice president for brokerage.
