The Ocean Club has been averaging nearly $9 million of sales per month since it opened on Key Biscayne in 1996. So far, 693 residences have been sold for a total of more than $500 million, or an average of over $720,000 per unit.

Of the 11 mid-rise and high-rise buildings planned, seven have been completed, two are under construction and the last two are scheduled to go into the ground before year-end. The recently opened centerpiece amenity, the 25,000-sf Beach Club, includes a fitness center and spa, business center and dining facility. John A. Hinson is president of Ocean Club Development Company.
