Nursery Supplies gravitated to the park through Lerio Corp., a recent acquisition. Lerio occupies 50,000 sf. Nursery Supplies also has manufacturing sites in El Campo, TX; Orange, CA; and McMinnville, OR. The park has completed 1.3 million sf to date. Tenants include 7-Eleven Corp., MultiFoods Specialty Distribution, McLane Suneast, Florida Power Corp. and Texaco. About 1,500 persons are employed at the park.
Avalon Properties Inc. is developing the park and the 47,000 acre Poinciana mixed-used project. H.J. High Construction Co. of Orlando is the general contractor for the Nursery Supplies project.
