R&B, a division of Oakwood Worldwide, took the Fannie Mae first mortgageloan and mezzanine financing to refinance the 500-unit Marbrisas I and IIcomplex as well as The Crest at Phillips Ranch, located in the LA County community of Pomona. Both properties were more than 96% occupied at the time the loan closed.

Prudential Multifamily Mortgage Inc. and Prudential Carbon Mesa workedtogether to originate the senior debt as a Fannie Mae loan, and the mezzaninefinancing on behalf of Chase Capital Partners.
