The father and son team of Kenfield Kennedy and Kevin Kennedy of the West LA office of NAI Capital Commercial represented both Torrance-based owner Jones-Miletich Land Co. and South Bay Motors in the transaction.
Formerly used as a Firestone tire dealership, the property was one of the last remaining large retail sites on Hawthorne Boulevard and provides South Bay Motors with a prime location in the heart of the affluent South Bay area, Kevin Kennedy tells GlobeSt.
South Bay Motors is a unit of West LA-based L.A. Car Guy, which owns automobile dealerships throughout the Southland.
