Cronos paid $13 million or $73.45 psf for the 110.4-acre property. Philadelphia-based Binswanger brokered the transaction.

Cronos, which began as a local Research Triangle Park startup expects to grow from its current 76 employees to 170 by next June,with employment possibly topping 500 at this facility within two to three years.
