First Residents Move Into Yonkers Senior Complex

YONKERS-$70 million Classic Residence by Hyatt complex signifies one of the largest area investments in years.

The first Classic Residence to be built in the state, it will eventually be home to more than 300 people. The property is situated on Riverdale Avenue near the campus of the College of Mount Saint Vincent and overlooks the Hudson River.
