The Quantum lease, for two buildings in the park at Tower Road and Interstate 70, is one of the largest industrial transactions of the year in the Denver area. Randy Hertel, vice president and development for Majestic Realty Co., told GlobeSt.com that Quantum was able to expeditiously sign its lease because decisions were made quickly at the local level.

In another deal, USCO Distribution Services Inc., based in Naugatuck, CT, leased 70,000 sf to operate a third-party regional stocking and distribution center. The company manages more than 11 million sf of shared and dedicated distribution space for some of the world's largest companies.

When completed over the next 15 to 20 years, Majestic Commercenter will provide more than 15 million sf of commercial, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facilities.
