Manager Chosen for Buhl Building

DETROIT - Downtown landmark is seeing technological upgrades.

CB Richard Ellis has been chosen to lease and manage the Buhl Building, adowntown Detroit landmark, located at 535 Griswold St. in the city’sfinancial district.The Buhl Building, a fully renovated 27-story, 385,000-sf officetower, has completed its multimillion-dollar upgrade. The building’s recent technological upgrades include multiple fiber opticaccess, power and floor plan integration.The building features floor sizes of up to 19,700 sffeet with river and downtown views. Contiguous to the buildingis a 672-space garage deck with 24-hour access and security.

The BuhlBuilding’s first floor retail tenants include Starbucks coffee shop, aNational City Bank branch, and a soon-to-be announced sit down restaurant.Leading CB Richard Ellis’ leasing effort at the Buhl Building are MarkCollins, Doug Krieger and Myrna Burroughs. They are joined by LynetteLanglois, the on-site property manager.With local offices in both Southfield and downtown Detroit, CB providesoffice, industrial, retail, investment and land brokerage services.
