The San Diego-based real estate investment trust owns 13 shopping centers in King, Snohomish and Whatcom counties, including Totem Lake Malls in Kirkland, Design Market, Eastlake Plaza and Overlake Plaza in Bellevue, Woodinville Plaza, Aurora Marketplace in Edmonds, James Village Center in Lynnwood, Greentree Plaza and Puget Park in Everett, Bear Creek in Redmond and Fairwood Square in Renton.
Burnham Pacific says it had considered selling the company as a whole or reorganizing, but didn't receive adequate offer prices. Its other holdings are in Oregon, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Texas, Minnesota, Illinois, Connecticut and Maryland.
