Now, the Feist & Feist name is tied to Coldwell Banker Commercial--the company has inked an agreement for affiliate status with the vast CB real estate transaction empire.
"They've been approached by a number of large, national commercial real estate companies," says John Adams, president of CB Commercial, Feist & Feist Realty Corp., as the affiliation is known. To the CB mix, Feist & Feist brings a client roster that includes AT&T, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, GM and Warner Lambert.
