Luther's Bar-B-Que Leases 5,300-SF for Corporate Headquarters

HOUSTON-A barbecue restaurant chain is moving its corporate headquarters in The Woods Office Park. The three-state chain has signed a 5,300-sf lease for the Koll Ben Schreiber property.

The building, 2611 FM 1960, is owned by Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors. Luther's operates 19 restaurants in Texas, Louisiana and Colorado.The Moody Rambin Interests real estate company represented Luther's in the lease transaction. PM Realty Group represented Koll Bren Schreiber.
