McNulty serves as the firm's manager of business development, overseeing all aspects of the firm's business development and promotional activity. In addition, he also serves as a client manager on a wide variety of private sector civil engineering projects. Previously, McNulty has held such positions as director of engineering sales and senior project manager for civil engineering firms.

McNulty joins Todd Pascoe, project manager, in being named shareholder of the firm at Atwell-Hicks's spring board meeting. Pascoe is responsible for providing project management and engineering for the land development division. He has 20 years of experience in project management, engineering and estimating. His experience includes senior project management for the construction of roads, sewers, water mains, pump stations, storm drainage, bridges and directional drilling projects.

Wenzel, business manager of the Brighton, MI, office, was also named as a board member of the firm. As business manager, he is responsible for project design, including preparation of preliminary studies, schematic design, tentative maps, construction documents and estimates, and contract administration. He has worked on many projects throughout Michigan including Livingston Highlands, Walnut Ridge and Boulder Ridge Development.
