Smart Growth Conference in Westchester

YONKERS-A host of county and local dignitaries will be on hand for the Fourth Annual Planning Conference of the Historic River Towns of Westchester on Sept. 13 at the Hudson River Museum.

Others scheduled to appear are Lieutenant Governor Mary Donohue, Yonkers Mayor John Spencer, Rochester Mayor William Johnson and Ossining Town Supervisor John Chervokas, who also serves as chairman of the Historic Hudson River Towns organization. Croton-on-Hudson Mayor Robert Elliott and other officials with downtown revitalization organizations and environmental groups will also be on hand.
