The Huffines Auto Group is paying more than $25 million for 120 acres, abutting the new Frisco Stonebriar Mall. The Huffines property is situated at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Texas 121. American Realty Trust is the seller.
In addition to plans for a dealership, Huffines already has marketed a 12-acre parcel to Hammons Hotel. Development plans will add a combination hotel and conference center.Another 28 acres has been purchased by Graff Chevrolet in Grand Prairie and El Dorado Chevrolet and Chrysler in McKinney. Plans reportedly call for a dealership, restaurant and office structure.
