NAI Hunneman Commercial Co. has leased 25,000 sf of space to Volex Inc., a producer of electrical power cords and electronic cable assemblies. The mix of office and manufacturing space will be used as the operating unit for a new division of Volex, says NAI vice president Chris Curley. He represented what will be known as Volex RF Technologies in the transaction at 30 Upton Dr.

“Together with their current North American Division head office in Quincy, this site gives Volex a strong regional presence to the north and south of Boston,” says Curley. “We’re happy to have placed Volex at this strategic location.”
