The trio, comprising approximately 200,000 sf, are located in the Northchase Business Park near the intersection of FM 1960 West and Veterans Memorial Dr. The building portfolio is 96% leased, with major tenants including JFP Energy and BJ Services Inc. The portfolio consists of a three-story building at 14425 Torrey Chase Blvd. and two four-story buildings at 14505 Torrey Chase Blvd. and 13700 Veterans Memorial.
The seller is being represented by Grubb & Ellis. Caldwell Watson is a Houston-based realty firm, led by Fred Caldwell. The Prentiss purchase increases Caldwell Watson's portfolio to approximately 500,000 sf in Houston. The company also has 600,000 sf of industrial space and some signifcant land holdings in northwest Harris County.
