Prentiss Properties Sells 200,000-SF Trio to Houston Realty Firm

HOUSTON-A trio of class B buildings in Northchase Business Park is being sold to a Houston-based realty firm, taking its Texas holdings over the 1.1 million-sf mark.

Prentiss Properties is selling a three-building portfolio of class B office buildings in Northwest Houston to the Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group.

The trio, comprising approximately 200,000 sf, are located in the Northchase Business Park near the intersection of FM 1960 West and Veterans Memorial Dr. The building portfolio is 96% leased, with major tenants including JFP Energy and BJ Services Inc. The portfolio consists of a three-story building at 14425 Torrey Chase Blvd. and two four-story buildings at 14505 Torrey Chase Blvd. and 13700 Veterans Memorial.
