Meadow Church Office Park will consist of eight 150,000-sf buildings, with the first to open possibly as early as 2002. Carter plans both spec and build-to-suit development for the property. Rental rates in the area for class A space have been averaging $18.22 psf.
Gwinnett County has experienced seemingly non-stop growth in residential, retail and commercial development over the last 10 years.
