Cadant Signs Lease in Lisle

LISLE, IL - Firm will use its expanded space for product development.

Cadant Inc. has expanded and extended its lease at Olympian Center, 4343 Commerce Ct., Lisle, a far western suburb of Chicago. The company’s new space now totals 34,066 sf and accommodates over 100 employees, as well as significant lab and demo space for testing and interoperability purposes.

Julien J. Studley Inc. represented Cadant in the transaction. Richard Dale, managing director at Studley, provided project management services. Faye Oomen represented the landlord, Prime Group Realty Trust.
