Hager Snags Building for $3.5 Million

LOS ANGELES-The 81,250-sf industrial facility on city's southeast rim is fully occupied.

The property was sold by the private Kenneth T. and Eileen Norris Foundation. The City of Commerce office of Lee & Associates represented both buyer and seller.The building is fully occupied by Bocchi Laboratories, a manufacturer of hair-care and beauty products. Hager Pacific, with offices in Los Angeles, Encino and Newport Beach, recently changed its name from Pacific Industrial Partners.
