The City of Commerce office of Lee & Associates represented both buyer and seller.The building is fully occupied by Bocchi Laboratories, a manufacturer of hair-care and beauty products. Hager Pacific, with offices in Los Angeles, Encino and Newport Beach, recently changed its name from Pacific Industrial Partners.
