One loan is for a 48-unit mid-rise luxury apartment project being developed by JSM Corp. Santa Monica, on Sixth Street between Broadway and Colorado in Santa Monica. The second is for a 219-unit, 11-story condominium project being developed by San Francisco builder Chariot SVN on South Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco's trendy South of Market district.
The third project is Bake Orchard Center, a three-building, 73,000-sf office campus being developed by Newport Beach-based Acacia Properties, adjacent to Foothill Ranch in Lake Forest. Haverford Capital is an affiliate of Highridge Partners, an El Segundo-based national real estate investment firm.
